At Khaasco, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, the product must be:

  • Completely unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Accompanied by a valid sale invoice or online order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or use.
  • Original packaging or tags are missing.
  • No proof of purchase is provided.

3. Exchange Process

You may exchange your item within the 7-day window under the same eligibility conditions. Please note that for all exchanges, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Inspection at Delivery

As per our courier partner’s policy, you are encouraged to open and inspect your parcel at the time of delivery before accepting it to ensure it meets your expectations.
