1. Handcrafted Nature

At Khaasco, every product is handcrafted. Because we use genuine leather and traditional artisan techniques, minor variations in color, texture, and stitching may occur. These are not flaws but signs of Artisan Spirit and unique authenticity.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the brand name "Khaasco," logos, product photography, and brand descriptions, are the exclusive property of Khaasco and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

3. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We ensure that our handmade process meets high-quality standards before any item is dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

As our products are crafted with care, processing times may vary. We ship from Hyderabad, Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not strictly guaranteed by Khaasco.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We strive for a Perfect Fit. If your chappals do not fit correctly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, custom-made or specially altered items may not be eligible for return.

6. Limitation of Liability

Khaasco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hyderabad, Sindh.
