At Khaasco, we take great pride in delivering our handcrafted Peshawari chappals to your doorstep with care. Every pair is inspected for quality before leaving our workshop in Hyderabad.

1. Processing & Crafting Time

Because each pair is Masterfully Handcrafted, orders typically require 3 to 5 business days for processing and final quality checks. During peak seasons or for custom orders, this period may be slightly extended.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We provide nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Hyderabad & Karachi: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Remote Areas: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer promotional free shipping on orders above a certain value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your package. Please ensure the provided phone number is reachable to avoid the package being returned to our facility.

6. Address Changes

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address. Changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp or Email.
